- 2-hour rental window, starting on your selected date / time.
- Cancellation
- Full refund until 7 days before, 75% from 3 to 7 days, 50% from 24h to 3 days, 0% inside 24h.
How exchange works
Pickup, dropoff, and delivery windows are set automatically off your booking dates — no extra times to coordinate.
- Pickup — 30 minutes before booking start, through booking start.
- Dropoff — booking end, through 30 minutes after booking end.
- Delivery (if your host offers it) — 30 to 90 minutes before booking start.
Small shifts can be coordinated in chat after booking. For bigger changes, either party can propose a reschedule. See FAQ.
