Collect Sisu

For event pros & setup operators

Your inventory is sitting there on days you’re not booked.

You’ve already invested in beautiful pieces. Every weekend they sit in storage is a weekend they could be earning.

List your inventory free

No fees to list. You set your own prices. You keep your bookings.

You run a full-service setup business. You’ve spent real money building your inventory — the low tables, the rugs, the pillow sets, the florals, the charcuterie boards, the tiered stands, the linens. You bought them to serve your clients. But most weeks, they’re doing nothing.

Between your bookings, that inventory is sitting in a storage unit or a closet or the back of your car. It’s not earning. It’s just waiting. That’s the problem Collect Sisu solves.

List your pieces as rentals. Neighbors planning their own events — baby showers, birthday parties, backyard dinners, park picnics — find your items, book them, pick them up, and return them. You earn on the days you’re not working. Your inventory pays for itself.

Real rental earnings, from inventory you already own.

Two rentals a month from your idle inventory covers your storage unit. Four rentals a month starts to look like a second revenue stream. You’re not competing with your own bookings — you’re earning on the days between them.

This isn’t your full-service business. That’s the point.

Your full-service bookings

  • You plan, style, set up, and break down

Collect Sisu rentals

  • Renter picks up, uses, returns
  • You’re not on-site — you’re not even there
  • Rental rate, no service component

Questions setup operators ask

Does listing on Collect Sisu compete with my full-service business?

No. Your full-service bookings are a completely different product — you’re on-site, you’re styling, you’re running the event. Collect Sisu rentals are self-serve: the renter picks up, uses the pieces, and returns them. Different customer, different occasion, different price point. If anything, renters who discover your pieces on Collect Sisu often reach out for full-service bookings when they want the whole experience.

What if my inventory is booked on my end for a job?

You control your availability calendar completely. Block off dates when you need pieces for your own bookings. Collect Sisu only shows your inventory as available when you say it is. You’ll never double-book.

Can I list a full picnic setup as one listing?

Yes — and you should. Bundle your tables, rugs, cushions, and props into one "full picnic setup" listing at a higher price point. Renters looking for a complete DIY picnic will book the bundle rather than hunting for individual pieces. You earn more per rental and coordinate one pickup instead of many.

What if something gets damaged?

The renter’s card is on file. If something is damaged or lost, you submit a claim with photos and we handle the resolution. You’re not left chasing anyone down.

Is there a cost to list?

No. Listing is completely free. The renter pays the platform fee. You keep every dollar you charge for your pieces.

Can I also list my skills – styling, setup, grazing boards?

Yes. Collect Sisu supports both item rentals and skill listings. If you want to offer a grazing board build, a table styling service, or a full setup-only package at a lower price than your full experience, you can list that as a skill alongside your rental pieces.

Your inventory is beautiful. It should work when you don’t.

List your pieces free. You set your prices. You control your calendar. Your first rental could come from someone in your neighborhood this weekend.
