Cancellation

50% refund until 7 days before, 0% inside 7 days.

How exchange works

Pickup, dropoff, and delivery windows are set automatically off your booking dates — no extra times to coordinate.

• Pickup — 30 minutes before booking start, through booking start.
• Dropoff — booking end, through 30 minutes after booking end.
• Delivery (if your host offers it) — 30 to 90 minutes before booking start.

Small shifts can be coordinated in chat after booking. For bigger changes, either party can propose a reschedule. See FAQ.
