- Full refund until 3 days before booking start, 50% from 24h to 3 days, 0% inside 24h.

- $500 refundable hold authorized at host acceptance. Released 48 hours after a clean return; damage claims are settled against it.
How exchange works
Pickup, dropoff, and delivery windows are set automatically off your booking dates — no extra times to coordinate.
- Pickup — 30 minutes before booking start, through booking start.
- Dropoff — booking end, through 30 minutes after booking end.
- Delivery (if your host offers it) — 30 to 90 minutes before booking start.
